How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

Very easy to get to, although parking may be a problem depending on when you get there. It's a nice easy walk from anywhere on the North Shore.

Free hint: Despite the name, this cache has nothing to do with The Flintstones.

To count this cache, e-mail me a description of the "unusual" painted marks you'll find on the ground. I'll send you an explanation of the nickname, a link explaining what those marks are doing there, as well as a link to a picture of how the spot looked in more interesting days.

Clarification: This cache is located in a parking lot, which now has a few things painted on it. You're not looking for the yellow parking spaces; you are looking for the five white marks. You won't be able to see them from your car, but once you're on foot in the lot, they should be obvious to you.

And please... in your comment, kindly don't include any hints or guesses about what the cache marks. Let the next finder figure it out for himself! (About 75% of finders think they know what the cache site marks, but they turn out to be wrong; 20% do indeed know, and 5% have no clue.)

You get a week or two to e-mail me the description of your find; after that, your log is deleted. (Too many people saying "I found it" who really didn't.)

Cache is not eligible for participation in any commercial offsite game not approved by Groundspeak, Inc.
